The minimum age required for rental is 23 years. For drivers aged 19 to 22, an additional young driver surcharge applies, depending on the vehicle.

• A valid driving licence issued at least one year prior to the rental is required.
• Non European citizens, except those covered by the Geneva Convention, must present an international driving licence along with their national licence.
• If the driving licence has been valid for less than one year, an additional surcharge applies depending on the vehicle.

• Reservations are confirmed only if all rental requirements are met and vehicle availability exists.
• Bookings apply to vehicle categories rather than specific models.
• If the selected model is not available, a similar or higher category vehicle will be provided at no additional charge.

• Up to 7 days before pickup: no charge.
• From 24 hours up to 7 days before pickup: 50 percent of the booking amount will be charged.
• Within 24 hours of pickup: no refund is provided.

If the customer does not appear within 2 hours without prior notice, the reservation is cancelled and the full amount will be charged.

The customer is responsible for any fines or administrative penalties.

In case of licence plate removal by authorities, rental charges continue until the plates are returned. A one-time charge of €100 applies, unless otherwise agreed.

The vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as at pickup.
If returned with less fuel, a proportional charge applies, with a minimum of €20.
No refund is provided for excess fuel.

• Cars: 100 km per day free of charge, thereafter €0.15 per km.
• Motorcycles: 100 km per day free of charge, thereafter €0.10 per km.

Charges depend on the pickup or drop off location.

Outside working hours:
19:00–23:59: €20.00
00:00–09:00: €30.00

Accepted cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Diners, Discover.
Payment is completed upon vehicle pickup, either in cash or by card.

• 24 hour Roadside Assistance: free of charge
• Child Seats: free of charge, provided the customer has informed us in advance
• Additional Driver: one free of charge, additional drivers €3 per day per driver

Outside national borders: prohibited.

Transport by ferry: written approval is required.

Full interior deep cleaning: €100
Partial cleaning (e.g. one seat): €50

Immediate notification and a police report are mandatory.

If the customer is at fault, a charge of €100 applies, along with the cost of damages and loss of rental days.

It is determined based on the selected insurance option.

All rentals include third-party liability insurance, which covers property damage, death, and bodily injury to third parties.

For additional coverage, two options are available:

C.D.W. (Collision Damage Waiver)
S.C.D.W. (Super Collision Damage Waiver)

The excess amount depends on the vehicle type and category:

For vehicles in categories A to D1:
C.D.W.: €900
S.C.D.W.: €600

For vehicles in categories E1 and F1:
C.D.W.: €1,500
S.C.D.W.: €900

For scooters up to 250cc:
C.D.W.: €650
S.C.D.W.: €350

For scooters 300–400cc:
C.D.W.: €900
S.C.D.W.: €450

Certain types of damage are not covered by any insurance, as detailed in the rental agreement terms.

A valid driving licence, and an international driving licence if required.

Passport or EU National Identity Card.

All declared information must be accurate and truthful.

The company reserves the right to refuse the rental if false information is identified.

In case of a breakdown, a replacement vehicle is provided, subject to availability.

If the damage is caused by the customer’s fault, the related costs will be charged.

It is recommended to take photos and inspect the vehicle before departure.

Pets are allowed only in special carriers.
